Important Notice
- Only those whose payment and receipt has been confirmed by the bank will be able to access the application. Applicants who experience problems can contact the that released the payment and request a record of the payment (Applicants who have made made a payment will be notified when the payment is completed.)
- The password is entered in lowercase in the “Last name” (Surname) field. Therefore errors in filling the surname must be reflected in the password used.
- After completing the application, the original printed application form and two copies of birth certificate, application fee teller, and other credentials must be submitted to the HRDC and HKHE departments by Saturday, 14th December, 2024.
