Eligibility

To apply for the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship from the French government, you must:

Be a foreign national (not French).
For Master’s applicants, be no older than 27 during the 2026 competition.
For Doctoral applicants, be no older than 32 during the 2026 competition.
Not have another scholarship when applying.
