Bingham University Releases Part-time Undergraduate Admission for 2024/2025

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for admission, prospective students must meet the following requirements:

  1. Academic Qualifications:
    • Possession of a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
    • Additional qualifications (e.g., ND, NCE, or HND) may be required for certain programs.
  2. Age Requirement:
    • Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
  3. Other Criteria:
    • Relevant work experience may be an added advantage for some programs.

Application Procedure

Prospective students can apply by following these steps:

  1. Candidates are required to go to a JAMB CBT center to complete the JAMB Admission Part Time Form.
  2. Visit the Official Website: Navigate to Bingham University’s Admission Portal and create an account
  3. Once an account has been created, an email containing activation link will be sent to the specified email address during account creation.
  4. After account activation, login to the portal and use the “My Payments” menu to access the application form payment page. While on the payment page, a transaction can be initiated using the “Pay with Remita” button after which a payment slip will be generated. Interested candidates are to note that the application form attracts a non-refundable fee of Thirty Thousand Naira only (N30, 000.00).
  5. The payment slip can be taken to any bank branch to complete the transaction; alternatively, the applicant can pay online using their ATM cards.
  6. Finally, after successfully completing the payment transaction, the online application forms will be accessible which you are required to fill and submit using the “Form submission” button.

Completed Forms are to be submitted through the following steps:

  • Click “Form submission” button.
  • Print hard copy of submitted forms
  • Submit hard copy to Part-Time Studies Coordinating Office All completed forms should be submitted at Bingham University Part-Time Studies Coordinating Office. NOTE: The guidelines for registration can be found on the official university website: www.binghamuni.edu.ng/part-time/

    Duration and Mode of Programs

    • All part-time programs shall be for six years in respect of the four degree programs.
    • Lectures will be held on weekends.

    SCREENING EXERCISE

      Screening commences from 13th January, 2025 to 31st March, 2025 at 9:00am prompt daily at the university campus, Karu. Candidates will be screened upon submission of completed forms. All candidates are advised to come along with original copies of credentials.
