Adamawa College of Health Tech Admission Form 2025/2026

Adamawa State College of Health Technology (ADCHT), Michika, is pleased to announce the commencement of its admission process for the 2025/2026 academic session. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for various Diploma, National Diploma (ND), and Higher National Diploma (HND) programs in health sciences and technology.

Entry Requirements

  • Diploma/National Diploma/Higher National Diploma Programs: Applicants must possess five credit passes in relevant science subjects from NECO, WAEC, or GCE, obtained in not more than two sittings.
  • Certificate Courses: Applicants require four passes, including English Language and Mathematics, plus two science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Health Science), and two other subjects from NECO, WAEC, GCE, GRADE II, or NABTEB, obtained in not more than two sittings.
  • All applicants are required to sit for the JAMB Examination prior to admission.

Application Process

  1. Account Activation:
    • Visit the ADCHT Michika admission portal and click on “New Application”.
    • Enter your full name and a valid phone number, which will be used for subsequent communication.
  2. Login:
    • Use your phone number as both your username and password to log in.
  3. Payment:
    • Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and make a payment of ₦6,500.00 at any bank of your choice, preferably Zenith Bank or Union Bank.
  4. Choice of Program:
    • After payment, log in and select your desired program from the list of available courses.
  5. Educational Qualifications:
    • Provide details of your educational background, including institutions attended and qualifications obtained.
  6. Upload Passport Photograph:
    • Upload a recent passport photograph in JPEG format.
  7. Submit Application:
    • Review your application to ensure all information is correct, then submit.
  8. Print Application Form:
    • After submission, print the application form. The serial number on the form serves as your Application ID, which will be used as your username for future logins.
