- Maximum age: 21 years old.

- Recommendation letters from the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate General and from the employer/immediate supervisor (if employed).
- Academic recommendation letter from previous schools.

- Master’s Program:
- Maximum age: 35 years old.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with academic transcripts in English or Bahasa.

- Doctoral Program:
- Maximum age: 40 years old.
