Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) Registration Schedule for the 2025/2026 Academic Session

This is to inform all newly admitted and returning students of the Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) that the management has approved the registration timetable for the 2025/2026 academic session. All students are expected to strictly follow the schedule as outlined below.

1. Registration Period

Registration for both fresh and returning students will begin on Monday, 5th January 2026, and close on Wednesday, 21st February 2026.

2. Late Registration Charges

Students are advised to complete their registration within the approved period to avoid penalties. Late registration will attract the following charges:

  • ₦5,000 for registration completed within one (1) week after the deadline.
  • ₦10,000 for registration completed within two (2) weeks after the deadline.

Please note that registration will not be allowed after two weeks. Any student who fails to register within the extra period will be considered to have forfeited their studentship for the session and must apply for deferment through the appropriate channels.

3. Mode of Registration

All registration activities will be carried out online through the official FUBK student portal.

4. Required Documents

For Fresh Students:
Original copies and photocopies of all academic credentials, admission letter, birth certificate, and other documents listed in the admission package.

For Returning Students:
A valid student identity card and proof of payment of the required fees for the session.

Students who need assistance or experience technical issues during registration should contact:

  • The M.I.S Directorate at the University Take-Off Site
  • The Academic Affairs Division at the Senate Building, Main Campus

All students are expected to cooperate fully so that the academic session can commence smoothly.
