The Sahara Power Technical and Innovation Academy is calling on young Nigerian graduates to apply for its 2025 Graduate Engineering Program. This program gives you real hands-on experience, mentorship, and training across Egbin Power Plc and FIPL, which are part of the Sahara Group. Sahara Power Group is the biggest privately owned power company in Sub-Saharan Africa, and it plans to grow its power generation to over 5,000MW by 2026.
The Academy is the main training center where Sahara prepares young engineers for the future. The Graduate Engineering Program is designed in a clear, step-by-step way. Eligibility
To qualify, you must:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field
- Have 0–1 year of work experience
- Have completed NYSC (no later than December 2025)
