The ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP) is a yearly summer internship created for outstanding university students. It gives students the chance to start building a career with ARM by working on real tasks and gaining practical work experience.
Benefits
The program gives interns the opportunity to begin their careers at a top investment management company. Participants will gain useful hands-on experience and learn how the industry works.

Eligibility
To qualify for the 2026 ARM Internship, applicants must:
- Be an undergraduate student at a university
- Have completed at least two years of study
- Be working towards a First Class or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent)
- Be ready to resume physically in June 2026 if selected
