Eligibility for Inter-Departmental Transfer

The Inter-Departmental Transfer is open to students who meet the following criteria:

1. Good Academic Standing: Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 2.40 or as stipulated by the receiving department.
2. No Disciplinary Records: Applicants must have a clean disciplinary record in their current department.
3. Required Prerequisites: Students must satisfy the O’Level and UTME requirements of the new department.

Eligibility for Re-admission

The Re-admission form is available to candidates who:

1. Voluntary Withdrawal: Previously withdrew from their program for personal reasons and are now ready to resume their studies.
2. Academic Suspension: Were suspended due to poor academic performance but are now eligible for re-admission based on the university’s policies.

1. Intending students are to collect the form from the Academic Division Office Room C6.
2. Payment of Application Fee:
   • For Inter-Departmental Transfer and Re-admission, the application fee is ₦30,000.00 only.
   • Payment can be made only through remita and present the teller to the Bursary department to obtain university receipt.
3. Complete the Application Form:
   • Provide accurate information, including your current department, proposed department (for transfer), or previous program details (for re-admission).
4. Submit Supporting Documents:
   • For Inter-Departmental Transfer: Include a letter of recommendation from your current department, academic transcripts, and proof of eligibility for the new program.
