The Human Resources Development Centre (HRDC) at the University of Lagos is delighted to announce that admissions are now open for the 2024/2025 Academic Session for Advanced Diploma, Diploma, and Professional Certificate Programs.

APPLICATION FEE AND METHOD OF APPLICATION
Applicants are expected to visit the HRDC portal: http//:hrdc.unilag.edu.ngto complete the pre-application form. (Contents of the pre-application form include, Surname, First Name, Middle Name, Next of Kin, E-mail Address and Mobile Phone Number). Upon successful completion of the pre-application form, the applicant will be issued a “Payment Reference Number” (RRR) which should be printed out.
Applicants should take their print out containing the payment reference number to any of the Deposit money banks to make NON-REFUNDABLE payment of #15, 000. 00 (Fifteen thousand naira) via Remita
After payment, applicants should return to HRDC portal, click the application form link, login with the payment Reference Number and the Surname (in lower case and strictly as provided in the pre-application form) as password to access the application form
Kindly note the following:
- Apart from Social Development and Administration (SDA); Human Kinetics and Health Education (HKHE) and Proficiency Certificate in European Languages, listed in Serial Nos.(1) to (3) which are Full-Time academic programs and run on weekdays, all other programs are run on Part-Time (Weekends only).
- Only applicants whose payments are confirmed by the bank will have access to the application form. Applicants who experience challenges may return to the bank where payment was made to request that their payments be posted (Notification of payment receipt ought to be sent to the e-mail addresses of applicants who have paid).
- The password will be as provided in the Surname filled in lower case; errors in filling of surname must therefore be reflected in the password used.
- If payment is not made within five (5) days after obtaining Reference Number (voucher); aka Remitta Retrieval Reference (RRR), the pre-application would be DECLINED. Applicants should then be expected to re-complete the pre-application form to obtain a new Payment Reference Number (voucher) i.e. RRR.
- After completion of application form, click submit and also submit printed copies at the HRDC Secretariat not later than six (6) weeks from the date of this advert with the following documents:
- Two (2) photocopies of Birth Certificate and Credentials.
- Two (2) photocopies of Reference Number printout.
- Original and photocopy of #15, 000. 00 (Fifteen thousand naira) teller.
NOTIFICATION OF ADMISSION: Candidates whose applications are successful will be notified via their respective e-mails as well as the portal of HRDC.
ADMISSION LETTERS: Admission letters for shortlisted candidates are to be printed online. Please note that letters of Admission will not be posted to individual candidates.
