General Requirements:
- O’Level Results: Five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, at the SSCE/NECO/WASC or equivalent.
- NYSC Certificate: Applicants must possess the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate or an exemption letter.
- Academic Transcripts: Candidates should arrange for their academic transcripts to be sent directly to the Secretary, School of Postgraduate Studies, Federal University Gashua.
Specific Program Requirements:
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGD):
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least a third-class division or a Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in a related field.
- Master’s Degree (M.A., M.Sc., MPA):
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division in the relevant field.
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.):
- A Master’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 5-point scale or its equivalent.
