Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences Post UTME Form for ND Nursing 2025/2026

Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State, has officially commenced the sale of Post-UTME forms for admission into its National Diploma (ND) in Nursing program for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for the ND Nursing program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Qualifications:
    • Obtain at least five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
    • Credits should be from WAEC or NECO, obtained in not more than two sittings.
    • For NABTEB results, all five credits must be achieved in a single sitting.
  • JAMB UTME:
    • Candidates must have selected Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare, as their first choice during the 2025 JAMB UTME registration.

Application Process

Interested candidates should follow the steps below to apply:

  1. Form Purchase:
    • Visit the Admission Office at Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State.
    • Purchase the Post-UTME form at the cost of ₦7,500.
    • Note: Forms are not available online and must be obtained in person at the college premises.
  2. Form Submission:
    • Complete the application form with accurate information.
    • Submit the filled form along with photocopies of relevant credentials to the Admission Office.

  • Application Deadline: Thursday, 31st July 2025
