Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State, has officially commenced the sale of Post-UTME forms for admission into its National Diploma (ND) in Nursing program for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the ND Nursing program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Qualifications:
- Obtain at least five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
- Credits should be from WAEC or NECO, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- For NABTEB results, all five credits must be achieved in a single sitting.
- JAMB UTME:
- Candidates must have selected Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare, as their first choice during the 2025 JAMB UTME registration.

- Visit the Admission Office at Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Azare, Bauchi State.
- Purchase the Post-UTME form at the cost of ₦7,500.
- Note: Forms are not available online and must be obtained in person at the college premises.

- Complete the application form with accurate information.
- Submit the filled form along with photocopies of relevant credentials to the Admission Office.
