FULAFIA Releases 2025/2026 Admission List on JAMB CAPS

The Federal University, Lafia (FULAFIA) has released its 2025/2026 admission list, and applicants are urged to check their status through the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

How to Check Your Admission Status
  1. Visit the JAMB E-Facility portal
  2. Log in using the email address and password associated with your JAMB registration
  3. On your dashboard, select “Check Admission Status”
  4. Click “Access my CAPS”, then go to “Admission Status”
  5. You will see your admission status (e.g. Admission Offered, In Progress, Not Admitted)
  6. If “Admission Offered” appears, accept or reject the offer via CAPS.

Note: Mobile users find the full CAPS interface hidden. If that happens, switch the browser to desktop view to access the full menu.

Understanding JAMB CAPS Admission Status Messages

  • ADMISSION OFFERED: Congratulations! Your admission is approved. You can now say yes or no to the offer on the CAPS portal.
  • ADMISSION IN PROGRESS (AIP): Your school thinks you should be admitted. The next steps are waiting for the Head of Institution’s approval, then a final check by JAMB.
  • RECOMMENDED: Your school has looked at your application, and it’s waiting for JAMB to finish reviewing it.
  • NOT ADMITTED: You have not been accepted yet. This could be because the school hasn’t finished their list or your application is still being checked.
  • PENDING: Your application is still being considered, and no decision has been made.
What to Do After You’re Admitted

If you see Admission Offered, here are the immediate steps you should take:

  1. Accept the Admission
    • On CAPS, choose “Accept” or “Reject”. Use the phone number tied to your JAMB profile to send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019, if required.
  2. Print your JAMB Admission Letter
    • This is usually available for download from the portal after accepting the offer.
  3. Prepare for Screening / Verification
    • UNIUYO will most likely require you to present original credentials (O-Level certificates, birth certificate, etc.) for verification.
  4. Pay Acceptance / Registration Fees
    • UNIUYO generally requires an acceptance or registration fee to secure your place.
  5. Complete Registration / Matriculation
    • Follow school directives for course registration and matriculation.
Advice for Those Not Admitted Yet
  • Don’t lose hope admission is often done in several batches, and your name may appear later.
  • Continue checking JAMB CAPS regularly for updates.
  • Ensure that your O’Level results are properly uploaded in the JAMB profile; missing or incorrect uploads can prevent admission.

Congratulations to all candidates whose names made the list.
