Available Postgraduate Programs

AAUA offers a wide range of postgraduate programs in various disciplines across its faculties. Prospective candidates can apply for:

• Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
• Master’s Degrees (M.A, M.Sc, M.Ed, MPA, etc.)
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the supplementary postgraduate admission, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD):
   • A minimum of a Third-Class Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least Lower Credit.
2. Master’s Degree:
   • A relevant Bachelor’s Degree with at least a Second-Class Lower Division.
   • Candidates with a Third-Class Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma may also be considered.
3. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.):
   • A Master’s Degree in the relevant field with a minimum weighted average score of 60% (B grade or equivalent)
4. Additional Requirements

• Candidates in employment must submit a formal release letter from their employer with their application.
• Applicants who graduated from other institutions must request their previous universities to send academic transcripts directly to the Secretary, Postgraduate School.

Application Procedure

Follow these steps to apply for the supplementary admission:

1. Visit the AAUA Postgraduate School Portal:
   • Go to the official AAUA Postgraduate portal.
2. Create an Account:
   • Click on “Apply Now” and create a new account using a valid email address and phone number.
3. Complete the Application Form:
   • Fill out the online application form, providing accurate academic and personal details.
4. Pay the Application Fee:
   • Make a non-refundable payment for the supplementary form using the specified payment platform on the portal.
5. Upload Required Documents:
   • Academic transcripts
   • Degree or HND certificate
   • NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
   • Passport photograph
6. Submit the Application:
   • Ensure all sections of the form are completed before submission.

Application Deadline
