Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to apply for the Post-UTME or Direct Entry must meet the following requirements:

Post-UTME Candidates:

  1. UTME Score:
    • Candidates must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
  2. O’Level Requirements:
    • Applicants must possess at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
  3. Choice of Institution:
    • Candidates must have selected Adeyemi Federal University of Education as their first choice institution during the UTME registration.
    • Candidates who did not initially choose AFUED as their first choice institution, must change their institution of choice to AFUED.

Direct Entry Candidates:

  1. Academic Qualifications:
    • Applicants must possess a minimum of Lower Credit in a National Diploma (ND), Merit in Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), or its equivalent.
    • A first-degree qualification (with at least Second Class Lower Division) is also acceptable for specific courses.
  2. O’Level Requirements:
    • Similar to the Post-UTME criteria, five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, are required.
  3. JAMB Registration:
    • Direct Entry candidates must have completed the JAMB Direct Entry registration process.

      • UTME/Direct Entry registration slip

      • Recent passport-sized photograph
