Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, announces the commencement of the sale of the Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening forms for the 2024/2025 academic session. All qualified candidates are invited to apply for admission into the various undergraduate programs offered by the institution.

Eligibility Criteria

For Post-UTME Candidates:

1. UTME Score:
   • Candidates must have scored a minimum of 140 and above in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
2. O’Level Requirements:
   • A minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
3. Choice of Institution:
   • Candidates must have chosen Ambrose Alli University as their first choice in the UTME.

For Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:

1. Qualification:
   • Candidates must possess a minimum of Lower Credit in ND, NCE, or its equivalent, or at least two (2) Advanced Level passes in relevant subjects.
2. O’Level Requirements:
   • Five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
3. Choice of Institution:
   • Candidates must have chosen Ambrose Alli University as their first choice in the JAMB Direct Entry registration.

Application Procedure

Interested candidates should follow the steps below to apply:

1. Payment of Application Fee:
   • Visit the official AAU portal at https://aaue.waeup.org/applicants/utme2024.
   • Pay a non-refundable application form fee of N15,200 using the online payment platform.
2. Completion of Online Application Form:
   • Login to the AAU admission portal using your JAMB registration number and surname.
   • Fill out the online application form with accurate personal and academic details.
3. Upload of Documents:
   • Upload scanned copies of the following:
     • Passport photograph.
     • O’Level results.
     • JAMB result slip (for UTME candidates) or DE registration slip (for DE candidates).
     • ND/NCE/A’Level certificate (for DE candidates).
4. Submission:
   • Ensure all details are accurate before submitting the application. Print out the acknowledgment slip for reference.

Application Deadline

The deadline for the submission of applications is Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Candidates are advised to complete their applications before the closing date as late submissions will not be accepted.

Screening Exercise

1. Mode of Screening:
   • The screening exercise will be conducted online. Candidates are advised to regularly check their application portal and email for updates.
2. Required Documents:
   • A printout of the acknowledgment slip.
   • Original and photocopies of O’Level results.
   • JAMB result slip or DE registration slip.

Important Information

• Candidates awaiting O’Level results can apply, provided the results will be available before the conclusion of the admission process.
• Only candidates who participate in the screening exercise will be considered for admission.
• Providing false information during the application process will lead to disqualification.
• All names should be written in full when completing the online form, as initials will not be accepted.
• Applicants who fail to submit the form online may lose their eligibility for the 2024/2025 academic session.

These cut-off marks are determined by your JAMB score. Only candidates who meet the required marks will be eligible to apply for the AAU Post-UTME Screening form.
