ATBU Invitation to Post-UTME Physical Screening Exercise, 2024/2025

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, has announced the schedule for its Post-UTME Physical Screening Exercise for the 2024/2025 academic session. This exercise is an essential step for candidates who applied for admission to the institution, offering an opportunity to verify their credentials and secure admission. Below are the key details:

Screening Dates and Venue

  • DATE: The screening exercise will take place from Wednesday, 4th December, 2024 to 18th December, 2024.
  • VENUE: All Faculties

Candidates are to login to their portals to check if they have been invited and print out their invitation slip. Invited candidates are required to report to their respective faculties or colleges as indicated in their invitation letters. It is crucial to adhere to the specified dates and time slots, as failure to do so may result in disqualification or replacement.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible candidates include:

  • Those who selected ATBU as their first choice during the 2024/2025 JAMB UTME or applied via Direct Entry (DE).
  • Candidates who scored a minimum of 160 in their JAMB examination.
  • Both UTME and DE candidates must ensure they have the required documents for verification.

Required Documents

Applicants must present the following documents during the screening:

  1. JAMB Admission Letter
  2. Original and photocopy of your Birth Certificate
  3. Original and photocopy of your Indigene Certificate
  4. Original and photocopy of your academic credentials
  5. Original and photocopy of your JAMB Result Slip
  6. Two (2) recent full-faced passport-sized photographs
  7. Two (2) File Jackets
  8. Online Screening Acknowledgement/Screening Form (signed by you, with this invitation letter).

Successful candidates will be able to download their admission letters after completing the physical screening exercise.

Important Notes

  • Candidates must report to their assigned venues promptly.
  • No changes in course will be entertained after the screening.
  • Failure to appear on the assigned day could result in losing the chance for admission.
