✅ Admission Requirements
General Eligibility:
To be eligible for admission into the HND programs, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- National Diploma (ND):
- Must possess a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field from Auchi Polytechnic or any recognized institution, with at least Lower Credit.
- Industrial Training (IT):
- At least one year of Industrial Training (IT) experience after ND. Candidates with a Pass grade in ND must have at least two years of IT experience.
- O’Level Requirements:
- Must possess five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language, in not more than two sittings (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB).
- Transcript Submission:
- ND transcripts must be forwarded to The Registrar, Auchi Polytechnic, before the admission screening exercise.

Step 1: Pay the application fee
- Pay ₦20,000 through the Remita platform
- Start your payment from the official portal only
- Do not pay through any third-party website
Step 2: Fill the online form
- Visit the application portal
- Choose your programme (morning, evening, or degree)
- Click on Apply for 2025/2026 Auchi Polytechnic HND
- Fill in your details
- Create a username (preferably your phone number) and a secure password
- Generate your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR)
- Pay at any bank or online using REMITA
- After payment, wait a few hours before returning to continue
Step 3: Complete and print your forms
