How to Check Your Admission Status
1. Through Auchi Polytechnic Portal
- Visit the official Admission List page on the Auchi Polytechnic online portal.
- Choose the Programme of Study: select ND.
- Select your Department and specific Course of Study.
- Click “Check Admission List” to view whether your name appears.
Alternatively, you can use the Application Number lookup tool:
- Navigate to the “Check Admission Status Using Application Number” section.
- Enter your Application Number (e.g., ACC/ND2324/00000) to check your status.
2. Via JAMB CAPS
- Log into the JAMB e-Facility portal using your credentials.
- Access CAPS (Central Admission Processing System).
- Check your Admission Status—if it reads “Offered,” proceed with acceptance.
What to Do If You See “Offered Admission”
- Accept or Reject Admission via SMS
- Use your JAMB-registered phone number.
- Send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019.
- If you accept, print your JAMB Admission Letter.
- Proceed with Polytechnic’s Next Steps
- Visit the Auchi Polytechnic portal to formally accept your admission.
- Prepare necessary documents for clearance.
- Register for courses, complete payments, and print required forms such as the admission letter and acceptance form.
