How to Check Your Admission Status

1. Through Auchi Polytechnic Portal

  • Visit the official Admission List page on the Auchi Polytechnic online portal.
  • Choose the Programme of Study: select ND.
  • Select your Department and specific Course of Study.
  • Click “Check Admission List” to view whether your name appears.

Alternatively, you can use the Application Number lookup tool:

  • Navigate to the “Check Admission Status Using Application Number” section.
  • Enter your Application Number (e.g., ACC/ND2324/00000) to check your status.

2. Via JAMB CAPS

  • Log into the JAMB e-Facility portal using your credentials.
  • Access CAPS (Central Admission Processing System).
  • Check your Admission Status—if it reads “Offered,” proceed with acceptance.
What to Do If You See “Offered Admission”
  1. Accept or Reject Admission via SMS
    • Use your JAMB-registered phone number.
    • Send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019.
    • If you accept, print your JAMB Admission Letter.
  2. Proceed with Polytechnic’s Next Steps
    • Visit the Auchi Polytechnic portal to formally accept your admission.
    • Prepare necessary documents for clearance.
    • Register for courses, complete payments, and print required forms such as the admission letter and acceptance form.
