- O’Level Results (WAEC, NECO / GCE / IGCSE) – 5 Photocopies
- UTME result – 5 photocopies
- JAMB Admission letter (if available) – 5 photocopies
- Offer of provisional Admission
- Admission Letter from AUI to be printed from Admission Portal – 5 photocopies
- Reference letter or testimonial from school and reference letter from Church/Mosque – 5 photocopies each (to be addressed to the Registrar)
- Bio data form to be printed from AUI Student Portal – 5 photocopies
- Birth certificate / Sworn affidavit – 5 photocopies
- Stamped clearance form from Bursary – 5 photocopies
- If you are a transfer student re-admitted to 100/200 level in Augustine University, bring along your:
- Academic Transcript
- Jamb Admission Letter to Previous Institution
- O’level result / A’level result / IGCSE/JUPEB result.
