Augustine University Notice on Documents Required for Resumption, 2024/2025

Augustine University, Ilara-Epe, has issued a notice detailing the essential documents that all newly admitted and returning students must present upon resumption for the 2024/2025 academic session. Here’s a comprehensive list of the required documents, along with important guidelines for all students.

Documents Required for Resumption

  • ⁠O’Level Results (WAEC, NECO / GCE / IGCSE) – 5 Photocopies
  • UTME result – 5 photocopies
  • JAMB Admission letter (if available) – 5 photocopies
  • Offer of provisional Admission
  • Admission Letter from AUI to be printed from Admission Portal – 5 photocopies
  • Reference letter or testimonial from school and reference letter from Church/Mosque – 5 photocopies each (to be addressed to the Registrar)
  • Bio data form to be printed from AUI Student Portal – 5 photocopies
  • Birth certificate / Sworn affidavit – 5 photocopies
  • ⁠Stamped clearance form from Bursary – 5 photocopies
  • ⁠If you are a transfer student re-admitted to 100/200 level in Augustine University, bring along your:
  • Academic Transcript
  • Jamb Admission Letter to Previous Institution
  • O’level result / A’level result / IGCSE/JUPEB result.

NOTE: Please ensure that all documents are intact and ready for submission at the registration venue. Any missing or incomplete documents may result in delays in your registration process.

Guidelines for Submission

  • Document Verification: All students are to ensure that the documents submitted are original and authentic. Falsified documents may lead to the cancellation of admission or further disciplinary action.
  • Photocopies: Students should come with at least two (2) photocopies of each document, as these will be submitted to the university during the registration process.

  1. 28th October, 2024 – Faculty of Humanities, Management & Social Sciences: Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, English, Mass Communication, Philosophy, Religious Studies, Political Science 
  2. 29th October, 2024 – Faculty of Science: Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Fisheries & Aquaculture, Microbiology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics 
  3. 30th October, 2024 – Faculty of Allied Health Sciences: Nursing Science
  4. ⁠30th October, 2024 – Faculty of Engineering: Computer Engineering.

Ensure you resume according to the batch assigned to your Faculty.
