For HND:

• A pass or credit in ND from a related health course is needed

   • Click on ‘New Applicant’ and provide the required details to create an account, including a valid email address and personal phone number.
2. Application Form:
   • After creating an account, log in using your username (email) and the password you set during account creation.
   • Select the appropriate application form for the 2025/2026 academic session.
3. Payment of Application Fee:
   • Review your details and proceed to payment.
   • The application fee is ₦15,000.
   • Payments can be made online using a valid debit/ATM card.
4. Form Submission:
   • After successful payment, fill in the required details on the application form.
   • Attach a recent passport photograph in JPEG format (not more than 80KB).
   • Provide detailed O’Level results. Combined results from WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB are acceptable.

Entrance Examination:
