Eligibility Requirements

ND Programs

1. Candidates must possess at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE).
2. Candidates must have participated in the 2024 UTME and obtained a minimum cut-off score as specified by the polytechnic.
3. Candidates without a UTME score can apply for the ND part-time program.
4. Post-UTME is not required for ND applicants.

HND Programs

1. Applicants must hold an ND certificate in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
2. A minimum of Lower Credit is required for full-time HND admission. However, candidates with a Pass and at least two years of post-ND work experience may be considered.
3. Candidates must possess at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, at the O’Level.

How to Apply

1. Visit the Official Portal: Go to the Ibadan City Polytechnic admission portal at www.icp.edu.ng.
2. Create an Account: Register by creating an account with a valid email address and phone number.
3. Make Payment: Pay the non-refundable application fee using the payment options available on the portal. Ensure you keep the payment receipt as proof.
4. Fill Out the Application Form: Complete the online application form with accurate details and upload the required documents, including:
   • O’Level result(s)
   • ND result (for HND applicants)
   • Birth certificate
   • Passport photograph
   • Other relevant credentials
5. Submit the Application: Review the application form for accuracy before submitting. Print out the acknowledgment slip for reference.

Application Deadline
