Step-by-Step Registration Process
Step 1: Collect Placement Form
- Visit the School of Basic Studies to collect the placement form.
Step 2: Collect Clearance Form
- Go to your assigned department and collect the clearance form.
Step 3: Obtain Customised Tellers
- Visit the Unit School Accountant to collect tellers for these payments:
- Departmental Registration: N1,000
- School Registration: N2,000
- Clinic Registration: N2,000
- Union Dues: N1,200
Step 4: Make Payments
- Proceed to Microfinance Bank to make the required payments.
Step 5: Collect Official Receipt
- Visit the Old Admin Block at the School of Management Studies (S.M.S.) to collect your receipt.
Step 6: Submit Documents to M.I.S.
- Submit photocopies of the following to the M.I.S. representative at your unit school:
- Placement Form
- Clearance Form
- Previous Payment (authenticated copy)
- Official Receipts
Step 7: Complete Online Registration
- Log into your account to:
- Pay the Central Registration Fee
- Print Receipts
- Print Course Registration Form (C.R.F.)
- Print Student Examination Card
Step 8: Authenticate Payments
- Proceed to the Bursary Department for payment authentication.
Step 9: Medical Screening
- Visit the clinic for medical screening.
Step 10: ID Card Payment
- Proceed to the Consultancy Unit at Central Administration to pay for your ID card.
Step 11: Departmental Documentation
- Submit your credentials and two recent passport photographs to your department.
