To apply for the scholarship, follow these steps:

- Once you’re on the page, locate the “Apply Now” tab in the top right corner and click on it.
- Select “Register Now” to create a new account.
- Go to your email inbox to activate your account by clicking the link provided.
- Fill in your personal information, National Identification Number, and educational details, and upload the required documents in scanned format.
- Make sure that the names you use in your application match the names on all your documents in the same order. If they don’t match, include a sworn affidavit or certificate.
- After uploading, take a moment to view all documents to confirm they are clear and accurate.
- When prompted to upload a photo, make sure to use a passport photograph with a white background.
- Double-check your application information for any errors before proceeding.
- Click “Apply Now” to submit your application.
- You will receive a confirmation email and SMS once your application has been successfully submitted.
- Return to https://candidate.scholastica.ng/, enter your Email and Password to download your profile and have your Head of Department sign the document.
- Finally, upload a scanned copy of the signed profile for verification purposes.
Please note: Submitting multiple applications may result in disqualification by the Scholarship board.
Selection & Award Renewal
- Shortlisting Stage: Top 10 candidates per Nigerian state (plus FCT) are shortlisted for a computer-based test (CBT)
- Interview & Verification: Shortlisted participants undergo document verification and CBT. Any falsified submission leads to disqualification
- Annual Renewal: Scholars must maintain a CGPA of 3.5 or higher each session to continue receiving the award
