The Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) is offering the KAIST Undergraduate Scholarship for outstanding international students who wish to study in South Korea.

KAIST, located in Daedeok Innopolis, Daejeon, is a leading national research university known for innovation in science, technology, and engineering. It was founded in 1971 as Korea’s first public, research-focused science and engineering institution. Over the years, KAIST has gained global recognition for its academic excellence and is also internationally accredited in business education, hosting the Secretariat of the Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools (AAPBS).

Students can choose to apply for either the Spring or Fall semester for undergraduate programs at KAIST

Successful applicants will receive:

Full tuition coverage for 4 years (8 semesters).
Monthly living allowance of ₩350,000 KRW.
National Health Insurance coverage.

Eligibility

To qualify for the KAIST Undergraduate Scholarship, applicants must:

Be international students (non-Korean citizens).
Meet the university’s minimum admission requirements for their chosen program.
Maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.7 to keep the scholarship each year.
