UNIOSUN Releases Supplementary Admission List for the 2024/2025 Academic Session

Osun State University (UNIOSUN) has officially released the supplementary admission list for the 2024/2025 academic session. This is an exciting development for prospective students who participated in the supplementary admission screening process but were not included in the earlier lists.

The supplementary admission list includes candidates who applied for various undergraduate programs across UNIOSUN’s campuses and fulfilled the required academic and admission criteria.

How to Check Your Admission Status

Candidates who applied for the supplementary admission process can now check their admission status online via the Undergraduate Admission portal. Follow the steps below to check your status:

UNIOSUN Portal:

  1. Go to the official UNIOSUN portal: www.uniosun.edu.ng.
  2. Navigate to the admission section and click on the supplementary admission list link.
  3. Enter your JAMB registration number or other required details to access your status.

Next Steps for Admitted Students

  1. Acceptance Fee Payment
Admitted candidates must promptly pay the non-refundable acceptance fee of Forty Thousand Naira (N40,000.00) only to confirm their admission. Payment of the Acceptance Fees is by the UNIOSUN Remita platform through the use of internet-enabled Debit/ATM cards (Verve, Visa and Master cards).
  2. Document Verification
Successful candidates must report to their respective campuses for the screening and verification of their original documents. This includes WAEC/NECO results, JAMB result slips, birth certificates, and other relevant credentials.
  3. Course Registration
After completing the verification process, students can proceed to register for their courses for the academic session.

Important Notes

  • Candidates are advised to regularly check their admission status to ensure they do not miss important updates.
  • The deadline for the payment of Acceptance Fees is December 1, 2024.
  • Any candidate who fails to complete the Acceptance and other necessary registration on the portal on or before the deadline will FORFEIT the Provisional Admission offered.
  • Those who are not offered admission are encouraged to explore other options, such as applying for transfer programs or seeking admission in the next academic session.

The release of the supplementary admission list marks another milestone in UNIOSUN’s commitment to ensuring accessible and fair admission processes. The university welcomes its new students and wishes them a successful academic journey.
