About the Scholarship
The Barau I Jibrin Foundation Domestic Postgraduate Scholarship is designed to empower students in science and technology fields. This program will provide scholarships for 300 graduates to pursue postgraduate studies in selected Nigerian universities. The program supports master’s and doctoral degree candidates who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to community development.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Nationality:
- Must be a Nigerian citizen.
- Academic Requirements:
- Hold a first degree in Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with a CGPA of 3.5 or higher on a 5.0 scale.
- Have five O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
- Age Limit:
- Master’s applicants: Not more than 35 years old.
- PhD applicants: Not more than 40 years old.
- Other Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a track record of community service.
- Submission of a well-detailed research proposal (for PhD candidates).
