  2. Find a supervisor search- available projects and supervisors: Contact the supervisor to discuss the project (eg via Zoom or phone call), and then complete the Expressions of Interest Form
  3. Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI): Some faculties require an EOI before a formal application.
  4. Apply Online: Use the Graduate Research Admission and Scholarship Application portal. From 21 January 2025, applications will transition to the My.App portal.
  5. Prepare Supporting Documents:
    • Academic transcripts
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    • Research proposal
    • Proof of English language proficiency
    • Reference letters
  6. Await Outcome: Admission results are typically released within six weeks of application submission, with scholarship decisions announced approximately six weeks after the application round closes.
