Taraba State University (TASU) has started accepting applications for its 2026/2027 pre-degree program. Students who want to strengthen their academic foundation before entering a full undergraduate course can now apply. The requirements are straightforward, and the online portal is easy to use.
Available Pre-Degree Options
1. Pre-Science
For students who plan to study science-related courses. It helps them build skills in maths and basic science subjects.
2. Pre-Art
For those interested in arts and humanities. It improves reading, writing, and social studies skills.
3. Pre-Commercial
For students who want to study business, management, or related courses. It covers subjects linked to commerce and finance.
Entry Requirements
To apply, students must have at least five credits in relevant subjects from SSCE, NECO, or NABTEB. The subjects must match the degree course they plan to study later.
How to Apply
- Go to the TASU application portal online.
- Pay the required fee and fill out the form.
- Print the completed form and submit it to the College Director’s Office in Takum.
- Attach photocopies of your credentials before submitting.
Students who need help can visit the college to complete the online application.
