TARABA STATE UNIVERSITY (TASU) Releases 2025/2026 Admission List on JAMB CAPS

The management of Taraba State University (TASU or TSU) in Jalingo has announced the 2025/2026 admission list through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

How to Check Your Admission Status

To see if you got admitted:

  1. Go to the JAMB e-facility portal and log in with your information.
  2. Click on Check Admission Status.
  3. Choose your exam year, enter your JAMB registration number, and open your CAPS portal.
  4. Look under Admission Status for a message like, “Congratulations, you have been offered admission.”
  5. If you are offered admission, accept it on the JAMB CAPS portal to secure your place.
  6. After accepting, print your JAMB admission letter and check for any more instructions from TASU.
Important Notes
  • The admission list comes out in batches (first batch, second batch, supplementary), and more lists will be released later.
  • Some candidates may see “Admission in Progress,” which means their applications are still being processed, but it should change to full admission soon.
  • If you haven’t received an admission offer yet, keep checking both JAMB CAPS and the TASU website for new information.
Tips for Newly Admitted Candidates
  • Make sure to accept your admission on the JAMB CAPS portal on time to keep your offer.
  • Upload or verify your O’Level results on JAMB if you haven’t done that yet.
  • Look out for messages from TASU on their website or in your email about registration, screening, clearance, and school fees payment.
  • Check that your details (name, contact info, documents) are correct and current.
  • Be careful of scams claiming to offer unofficial admission always verify through official sources.
