The Management of Kaduna Polytechnic has approved an extension for the payment of late registration fees for the 2025/2026 academic session. The decision was communicated through an official circular released by the institution.
New Deadline Announced
According to the circular signed by Abdullahi Muhammad on behalf of the Registrar, the previous deadline for the payment of late registration fees, which was scheduled for March 15, 2026, has been extended. Students will now have until April 6, 2026, to complete the payment and finalize their registration for the current academic session.
Reason for the Extension
The extension was granted following a formal appeal submitted by the Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the institution. The student body requested additional time to allow students who were yet to complete their payments the opportunity to raise the necessary funds and complete their registration without undue pressure.
Advice to Students and Staff
With the new deadline now in effect, all students are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the extended period to settle their late registration fees and complete all required registration procedures. The Management also advised staff and students to take note of the new date and ensure that all payments and documentation are completed before April 6, 2026, to avoid any complications or penalties.
