Eligibility
You can take part in the screening if:
- You chose Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic as your first choice in the 2025 UTME.
- You scored 120 or above in UTME.
- You have at least five O’level credits in relevant subjects in not more than two sittings.
- You will be 16 years or older by 30th September 2025.
Keep your UTME and O’level details close because you will need them during the online application and at the screening.
How to Apply
- Visit the school’s online application portal and click “Online Application.”
- Generate a payment invoice with an RRR using:
- JAMB registration number
- Phone number
- Full name
- Take the RRR to any commercial bank and pay ₦2,000 for the screening form.
- Collect the application PIN from the bank.
- Return to the portal, open the form with the PIN, fill it correctly, and submit.
- Print your acknowledgement slip and keep it safe.
Upload Your WAEC/NECO Results
All candidates must upload their O’level results to:
- The JAMB portal
- The school portal during application
This helps both JAMB and the Polytechnic confirm your results.
Documents for Screening
Go to the Department of Law with these items:
- Photocopy of JAMB slip with your photo
- Printed JAMB result
- O’level result or statement of result
- Valid WAEC/NECO scratch card for result checking
