Borono State University (BOSU) Notice On Closure Of The University

All employees and students are hereby notified that the University Management, in compliance with the directive of the Borno State Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation, has decided to close the university from today, Tuesday, 10th September, to Monday, 16th September 2024 due to the ongoing flooding in Maiduguri and its negative impact.

Given this situation, it is advised that all students on campus prioritize their safety until the conditions improve. Additionally, the management extends its prayers for the strength and perseverance of all those impacted by the flood, and may they find comfort in Allah’s guidance.
