FUTO JUPEB Admission Form for the 2025/2026 Academic Session

FUTO has officially commenced the sale of it’s JUPEB program form. The JUPEB (Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board) program offers a one-year, pre-degree certificate accepted for Direct Entry (DE) admission into 200-level at FUTO and other partner universities. It’s ideal for candidates with five O’Level credits looking for an alternative route into university.

Application Timeline
  • Application opens: Wednesday, July 23, 2025
  • Application closes: Sunday, August 31, 2025
  • Screening exercise dates: To be communicated via SMS after application

Note: All age constraints apply – applicants must be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2025.

Admission Requirements & Subject Combinations
  • Minimum of 5 O’Level credit passes (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) in not more than two sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Subject combinations based on discipline:
    • Sciences/Engineering/Agricultural Sciences: Physics, Chemistry, plus Biology (PCB) or Mathematics (PCM).
Application Fee & Payment Procedure
  • Fee: 25,000 (non-refundable) payable via FUTO’s Remita platform.
  • Steps:
    1. Visit www.futo.edu.ngProspective StudentJUPEB Application.
    2. Input phone number and basic details; generate invoice.
    3. Pay at bank or online (debit/credit cards via Remita).
    4. Re-visit portal to complete the online application, upload a passport photo (< 50 KB), submit form, and print acknowledgement slip.

How to Apply – Step by Step

  1. Access Push prospective student → JUPEB on the FUTO portal.
  2. Pre-register by inputting your contact details.
  3. Generate and print your Remita invoice.
  4. Pay the fee via bank or online.
  5. Complete the online form: personal data, O‑Level results, and passport photo.
  6. Submit and print your acknowledgment slip.
  7. Await SMS for the screening timetable.

Important Notes

  • Apply directly via FUTO’s official site—no middlemen or agents are authorized.
  • UTME score not required for JUPEB entry.
  • Purchase of the JAMB DE form is mandatory once you qualify.
  • The screening exercise date will be communicated via SMS.
  • Ensure your O‑Level results are valid and complete.
  • Candidates can confirm their admission status approximately one week after successful online application by visiting www.futo.edu.ng.

After screening:

  • Visit the same portal → Prospective StudentJUPEBCheck Admission Status.
  • Enter your application number and select the session to view outcomes.
Next Steps After Admission
  1. Account verification on the portal.
  2. Acceptance fee and school fees payment via RRR codes or card.
  3. Hostel allocation fee (if needed).
  4. Online course registration with your JUPEB number.
  5. Print your Admission Letter, Acceptance Receipt, Fees Receipt, and course registration printout.
