Lafarge Technical Skills Development Program (TSDP) 2025

The Lafarge Technical Skills Development Program (TSDP) is an 18-month vocational training initiative crafted by Lafarge Africa Plc to equip Nigerian Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders with technical expertise needed for the cement and allied industries. This non-residential, tuition-free program includes hands-on training and a token stipend, culminating in a Lafarge Internal Certificate for graduates.

Technical Disciplines Covered

Participants receive multi-disciplinary training in:

  • Maintenance Processes: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation, Welding, Fabrication Technology
  • Cement Manufacturing Processes: Production, Process management, Quality control
Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must have:

  • Completed an OND from a recognized institution not earlier than 2021
  • At least 5 O’Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one additional subject, obtained in a maximum of two sittings

Training sessions are held at multiple Lafarge facilities across Nigeria:

  • Ewekoro, Ogun State
  • Mfamosing, Cross River State
  • Ashaka, Gombe State

  • OND certificate or statement of result (must not be earlier than 2021)
  • O’Level results (WAEC/NECO) with at least 5 credits (English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, +1 other subject)
  • Birth certificate or sworn age declaration
  • Recent passport photograph
  • Valid ID (National ID, Driver’s License, or International Passport)

Step 3 – Create an Account

  • Click “Apply” or “Register”
  • Fill in your name, email address, and phone number

Step 4 – Fill Out the Online Form

  • Enter your personal details, contact information, and educational history
  • Select your preferred training location (Ewekoro, Mfamosing, or Ashaka)
  • Upload all required documents

Step 5 – Submit Your Application

  • Double-check your entries for accuracy
  • Submit the form and wait for a confirmation message or email from Dragnet/Lafarge
