The Lafarge Technical Skills Development Program (TSDP) is an 18-month vocational training initiative crafted by Lafarge Africa Plc to equip Nigerian Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders with technical expertise needed for the cement and allied industries. This non-residential, tuition-free program includes hands-on training and a token stipend, culminating in a Lafarge Internal Certificate for graduates.
Technical Disciplines Covered
Participants receive multi-disciplinary training in:
- Maintenance Processes: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation, Welding, Fabrication Technology
- Cement Manufacturing Processes: Production, Process management, Quality control
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must have:
- Completed an OND from a recognized institution not earlier than 2021
- At least 5 O’Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one additional subject, obtained in a maximum of two sittings

- Ewekoro, Ogun State
- Mfamosing, Cross River State
- Ashaka, Gombe State
