UNIDEL Releases 2025/2026 Admission List

Agbor, Nigeria – August 23, 2025 – The University of Delta, Agbor (UNIDEL), has officially released its first batch admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session, according to announcements from August 23, 2025.

How to Check Your Admission Status

1. UNIDEL KOFA Portal:

  • Prospective students who sat for the 2025 UNIDEL Post-UTME are advised to log in to their KOFA portal account at unidel.waeup.org/login.
  • Use your User ID and password to access the dashboard and check your admission status.

2. JAMB CAPS Portal:

  • Admission status can also be confirmed via the JAMB e-Facility (CAPS) portal:
    • Visit the e-Facility portal and log in using your JAMB credentials.
    • Navigate to the “Check Admission Status” or “Access my CAPS” section.
    • The response will typically be one of the following:
      • Congratulations – you have been admitted (and should accept the offer).
      • Admission in progress – the university is still processing your application—check again later.
      • Not admitted – but admission may still be possible via subsequent batches
What to Do If Admitted

Once you receive a Congratulations message:

  1. Accept your admission via JAMB CAPS as prompted.
  2. Print your admission letter and follow any further instructions regarding payment of acceptance fees, registration, and orientation.
  3. Stay alert for additional guidelines from UNIDEL regarding clearance, course registration, and reporting dates.
Further Notes and Tips
  • It’s helpful to check the UNIDEL KOFA portal first, as it’s usually updated before JAMB CAPS reflects admission status.
  • UNIDEL’s release marks only the first batch of successful candidates. More batches are expected over the coming weeks.
  • Even if your status is Admission in progress, don’t panic—this often changes to Congratulations as subsequent lists are published.
  • Candidates across all batches can confirm their status through both platforms, ensuring they don’t miss any updates.
