The Zeribe Nwosu Foundation Scholarship 2025 is open to students across Nigeria and other eligible African countries.   1. Twenty successful applicants will each receive a ₦125,000 cash award. 

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Zeribe Nwosu Foundation Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in your 4th year of undergraduate studies.
  • Maintain a strong CGPA of ≥ 3.5 out of 5 or ≥ 2.8 out of 4 for years 1-3.

Application Process

Interested candidates are required to complete the application process as follows:

  1. Visit the Official Website: Access the scholarship portal at www.zeribenwosufoundation.org.
  2. Create an Account: Register with a valid email address and personal details.
  3. Complete the Application Form: Fill out the online form, providing accurate information.
  4. Submit Supporting Documents: Upload scanned copies of the following:
    • A personal statement (1 page)
    • CV (1-2 pages)
    • 1 Referee letter
    • Unofficial transcripts (year 1-3)
    • A statement of need (100-200 words)
  5. Submit Application: Ensure all documents are uploaded before the deadline.

Review/selection process

After the deadline, all applications will be evaluated by the ZNS review team/volunteers. Each applicant will be scored based on the eligibility criteria, strength of his or her application materials, and the communication skills demonstrated during the interview.

Scores will be allocated as follows:

  • Fulfillment of the eligibility criteria (5%)
  • Clear attention to detail (5%)
  • Personal statement (20%)
  • CV and recommendation letter (10%)
  • Evidence of academic performance (unofficial transcripts) (25%)
  • Statement of need (10%)
  • Interview (25%)

For Innovative Teaching applicants, the teaching and personal statements will be scored separately and averaged to get 20 points.

Applicants with the highest total score will receive the award.
