From 2025 to 2030, the partnership will provide 160 graduate scholarships. For the fall 2025 intake, 40 scholarships are available for the following online graduate programs at ASU:

Scholars will pursue these degrees online, complemented by in-person support and comprehensive services provided by Kepler College in Rwanda. This blended approach combines the flexibility of online learning with personalized guidance and community engagement.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a citizen of an African country committed to ethical leadership and community engagement
- Meet academic and English proficiency requirements
- Be between 18 and 33 years old
- Demonstrate proven leadership, service, and academic excellence
- Have earned an undergraduate degree by July 2025
- Not have started or completed any prior graduate degree before August 2025
- Be willing to reside in Kigali, Rwanda, for the program’s duration
