Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) Announces Final Course Registration Deadline for 2025/2026

Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, has released a notice from the Registrar on 21st November 2025. The message explains when students must finish their online course registration and what they should do if they have any problems with the portal. Below is a simple guide on the key dates, who the instruction is meant for, and how to get help.

UNIZIK Course Registration Deadline
  • According to the memo, all students must complete their course registration on or before Thursday, 18th December 2025.
  • Once the portal closes on that date, it will not reopen again for the 2025/2026 academic session.
  • Students are advised not to wait until the last minute. Registering early helps avoid mistakes like missing courses or portal issues, and gives enough time to fix anything before exams.
Who Needs to Register

The instruction applies to all students who have paid part of their school fees for the 2025/2026 session.

This includes:

  • New students who have made part payment
  • Returning students who have made part payment

If a student has not made part payment yet, they must do that first, then complete their course registration immediately.

If Your Courses Are Missing

Some students may notice that some courses do not appear on their dashboard. The memo explains what to do.

If you find missing or wrong courses, you should meet your Head of Department (HOD). The HOD can:

  • Check the approved courses for your programme
  • Confirm the right course codes
  • Work with the right unit so your correct courses show on the portal

Report these issues early so they don’t disturb your registration or exam schedule.

Getting Technical Help

If you have any technical problems like login errors or pages not loading, the school has a direct support channel.

Students should visit the UNIZIK support portal to:

  • Submit a support ticket
  • Explain the problem they are facing
  • Get help from the technical team

Students are encouraged to provide clear details such as matric number, program, and what they were doing when the error occurred. This helps the support team respond quickly.
