Bowen University Teaching Hospital (BUTH) College of Nursing Sciences Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 Nursing Admission

Bowen University Teaching Hospital (BUTH), Ogbomoso, has officially commenced the sale of its Post-UTME forms for the 2025/2026 academic session. This admission process is for candidates seeking entry into the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing programs at the College of Nursing Sciences. Applications opened on May 26, 2025, and will close at 11:59 PM on Friday, August 1, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Post-UTME screening, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
  • UTME Score: A minimum score of 180 in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) is required.
  • O’Level Results: Applicants must possess five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, obtained in not more than two sittings. Acceptable combinations include WAEC/NECO or NABTEB/NABTEB; however, NABTEB cannot be combined with WAEC or NECO.

Application Procedure

Interested candidates should follow these steps to apply:

  1. Payment: Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦20,000 (excluding bank charges) to the following account:

    • Account Number: 0124181421
  2. Receipt Upload: After payment, upload a clear image of the payment receipt (JPG, JPEG, or PNG format; size between 40–120KB) on the application portal.
  3. Online Registration: Visit the College of Nursing Sciences Application Portal and click on “Start Registration”.
  4. Account Creation: Use a valid email address to create an account and set a secure password.
  5. Email Verification: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email within 15 minutes to verify your account.
  6. Passport Upload: Upload a recent passport photograph with a white or red background (15–100KB).
  7. Form Completion: Fill in your personal information, educational background, UTME score, and O’Level results.
  8. Review and Submit: Carefully review all entered information before submission, as edits are not allowed post-submission.
  9. Post-Submission: After the Accounts Office verifies your payment, log in to your dashboard to print your Payment Receipt, Examination Slip, and Screening Invitation Letter.
