- Academic Qualifications: A minimum of five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained in no more than two sittings from recognized examination bodies such as WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
- Certificate Authenticity: Possession of original certificates from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. Awaiting results are not accepted.
- Professional Qualifications: Completion of a three-year Basic Midwifery or Psychiatric Nursing program and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a Registered Midwife or Registered Psychiatric Nurse. A valid practicing licence is required.
- Clinical Experience: At least one (1) year of post-clinical experience in the relevant area.
- Supporting Documents:
- A testimonial from the secondary school attended.
- A birth certificate issued by the National Population Commission, a government hospital, or an age declaration from a court.
- An active and functional personal email address for correspondence.
