Crescent University, Abeokuta (CUAB) has started accepting applications for its Master of Laws (LL.M.) program for the 2025/2026 academic session. The program is designed for law graduates who want to improve their legal knowledge and gain more experience in different areas of Law.
About the LL.M. program
The LL.M. programme at Crescent University is focused on advanced legal learning. It helps students move beyond what they learned at the undergraduate level and prepares them for real legal practice. Students are trained to think deeply, analyze legal issues properly, and understand Law from both local and international perspectives. While the programme can be demanding at the beginning, many students find it easier to manage as they settle in.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the programme, applicants are expected to meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Candidates with Second Class Lower (2:2) may be considered only if they graduated from Bola Ajibola College of Law (BACOLAW).
- At least five credit passes, including English Language and Literature in English, in SSCE or its equivalent, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- A recognised professional law qualification, such as being called to the Nigerian Bar, or an equivalent qualification from another country.
