IAUE Releases Supplementary Admission Form, 2025/2026

If you picked Ignatius Ajuru University of Education as your first choice and registered for the 2025/2026 admissions but haven’t been admitted yet, you can apply for the supplementary admission. This is a second chance for the university to fill any open spots in programs after the main admissions.

This is a good opportunity for candidates who:

  • Did not get admitted in the first rounds but are still eligible.
  • Chose the university as their first choice or changed to it on time.
  • Met the minimum score requirements and other needed criteria, but may have missed out because of limited spots.

Supplementary admission helps the university use all its available space and gives more qualified candidates a chance.

Eligibility

The exact rules for the 2025/2026 supplementary admission at IAUE will be provided with the official guidelines, but here are some common eligibility points from past years:

  • You must have selected IAUE as your first choice on your UTME form or changed to it by the deadline.
  • You generally need to have at least a minimum UTME score (usually 150 or higher). IAUE’s Post-UTME / Direct Entry notice confirms that a score of 150 or above is needed.
  • You need to meet the subject requirements for your desired departments and have your O’Level credits in the necessary subjects.
  • You should take part in any Post-UTME / DE screening process or any extra screening that IAUE has set.
  • There must be open slots available in the program you want to apply to, as supplementary admissions only happen if there’s space.
  • Make sure your application materials (like O’Level results, consistent name use, etc.) are correct and complete.
