JAMB Reactivates Portal for Uploading O’Level Results – 2025/2026 Admissions

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has recently reactivated the portal for uploading O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.) to the Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS), following a brief suspension aimed at resolving technical issues.

Previously, the portal had been temporarily closed to address discrepancies that were affecting candidates who had already submitted their WAEC results. The intention was to safeguard the accuracy and reliability of uploaded data.

Now, candidates can once again upload their O’Level results via JAMB CAPS—either using their own devices or through accredited JAMB CBT centres.

Why This Matters
  • Admission Eligibility: Uploading your O’Level results to JAMB CAPS is mandatory for verification; institutions cannot process your application without it.
  • Technical Integrity: The temporary suspension allowed JAMB to ensure accuracy, minimizing errors or mismatches that could delay or disqualify candidates.
  • Timely Access: Early submission is advised—delays in updating results can hamper your admission process, especially with looming deadlines.
How to Upload Your O’Level Results

There are two official paths you can follow:

  1. Via Accredited JAMB CBT Centres
    • Visit any JAMB-accredited CBT centre.
    • Provide your JAMB registration number and a clear copy of your O’Level result.
    • The operator will verify and upload your result into your JAMB CAPS profile.
  2. Through JAMB e-Facility Portal (where available)
    • Log into your JAMB e-Facility account via the CAPS dashboard.
    • Navigate to “My O’Level Result” in your profile and upload your scanned results with accurate details, exam year, and type (WAEC, NECO, etc.).
    • Be sure your uploads meet size and format requirements.
What to Do Now
  • Take action immediately—the portal is now open again.
  • Verify your results: Log into JAMB CAPS and confirm the correct entry of your subjects and grades under the “My O’Level Result” section.
  • If discrepancies occur—no results shown or partial details—revisit the CBT centre that performed the upload to have it corrected.
