JAMB’s launch of the 2025 Original UTME Result Slip printing feature

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially activated the portal for printing the 2025 Original UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) Result Slip. Candidates can now obtain an official result slip with their passport photograph and advanced security features—critical for admissions and screening processes.

What You Need to Know
  • What is it?
The Original UTME Result Slip is the certified, colored result sheet containing your passport photo, birth date, exam details, and scores—unlike the basic notification slip.
Universities, polytechnics, and colleges require this document during post-UTME screenings and matriculation stages.
  • Why it matters:
This slip serves as an official credential to verify your identity and UTME scores. It’s typically required for:
    1. Post-UTME admissions screenings
    2. Institutional registration processes
    3. Supplementary admission lists

How to Print the Original Slip

Candidates have two main options:

1. Via JAMB e-Facility Portal
  1. Log in to the JAMB e-Facility at efacility.jamb.gov.ng.
  2. Navigate to “Print Result Slip”.
  3. Select your exam year (2025) and enter your registration number.
  4. Pay the required fee (~₦1,000–₦2,000) online (card or e-Naira).
  5. Download and print the slip once available.
2. Through an Accredited CBT Center
  • Visit any JAMB-approved CBT center.
  • Provide your JAMB registration and a valid ID.
  • Pay the applicable fee (in-center charges may be higher).
  • The center will assist in generating and printing the slip.
Stay Alert: Avoid Scams
  • JAMB cautions candidates to only use official channels—the e-Facility portal or approved CBT centers.
  • Beware of fraudsters offering “score upgrades” or fake result slips—these are scams.

With the activation of the 2025 UTME Original Result Slip, candidates can now officially obtain the crucial document required for post-UTME screenings and admission procedures. By following the secure, authorized methods outlined above, you’re set to move forward confidently in your admission journey. Congratulations on reaching this important milestone—and best wishes as you proceed!
