The Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola, has released a second notice as the 2025/2026 admission process moves to its final stage. The school is reminding all prospective students to complete every pending task immediately to avoid losing their admission.
According to the MAU Admission Office, some candidates have not yet accepted their admission offers on the JAMB portal. Those affected should log in and accept the offer right away to keep their spots.
What You Need to Do
- Accept your admission offer
If your status on the JAMB portal shows “pending,” accept it now. Waiting too long may cause you to lose your slot for this session. - Upload your O’Level results
If your O’Level results are not yet uploaded, visit any JAMB CBT centre and upload them as soon as possible. - Check your subject combination
Some applicants in courses like Accounting, Management Technology, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Education, and Information Technology do not have Mathematics or Economics in their JAMB or O’Level results. Such candidates cannot be admitted. - Choose alternative courses
If your subject combination does not meet the requirement for your chosen course, you may consider switching to Library and Information Science, Political Science, or Sociology—especially if you have Government in both JAMB and O’Level.
The MAU admission office advises all applicants to review their status, accept valid offers, upload missing results, and make necessary course changes immediately. This update is to help all students complete their admission process before it closes.
