Taraba College of Nursing & Midwifery Admission into Community Nursing Program, 2025/2026

The Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery (TSCNM), Jalingo, is pleased to announce the commencement of admissions into its Community Nursing Program for the 2025/2026 academic session. This initiative aims to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality nursing care within community settings, thereby addressing the healthcare needs of Taraba State’s residents.

Eligibility Criteria:

Prospective candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • State of Origin: Applicants should be indigenes of Taraba State, demonstrating a commitment to serving their local communities.
  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of four (4) credits in O’Level examinations (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), including compulsory passes in English Language and Biology. These credits must be obtained in no more than two sittings.

Application Procedure:

Interested candidates are to follow these steps:

  1. Online Application: Visit the official college website at https://tarabascnm.edu.ng/portal/application to create an account.
  2. Form Completion: Log in using your credentials, fill out the application form carefully, and ensure all information provided is accurate.
  3. Payment of Application Fee: An application fee of ₦10,000.00 is required. Payment can be made online using an ATM card.
  4. Document Printing: After successful submission, print your payment slip, completed application form, and acknowledgment letter. These documents are essential for subsequent processes.

Important Dates:

  • Application Period: Sales of admission forms will commence from March 28th to April 22nd, 2025.
  • Aptitude Test: An entrance examination is scheduled for April 22nd, 2025, at 8:00 AM, to be held at the college premises.

  • Document Verification: Candidates are required to bring original copies of their credentials for verification on the day of the aptitude test.
