UNICROSS Admission List for the 2025/2026 Academic Session

The University of Cross River State (UNICROSS)—formerly known as CRUTECH—has released its admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. Candidates can now check their admission status via JAMB CAPS, with updates expected on the university’s admission portal soon.

How to Check Your Admission Status

A. Through JAMB CAPS:

Visit the JAMB e-facility portal.
Log in with your JAMB username and password.
Navigate to “Check Admission Status” and select “Access my CAPS”.
Click on “Admission Status” to view your result:
- “CONGRATULATIONS” means you’ve been offered admission.
- “Admission Still in Progress” or “Not Admitted” means you should check back regularly.

Once admitted, promptly respond by sending ACCEPT or REJECT using the phone number registered with JAMB.

B. Via the UNICROSS Admission Portal:

While JAMB CAPS is currently the primary channel, the university typically uploads admission statuses on its official portal. Watch for updates to check your status there as well.

Next Steps After Admission

A. Accept or Reject Your Offer

Immediately accept or reject via JAMB CAPS to secure or decline your slot.

B. Print Your Admission Letter

After accepting, proceed to print your JAMB Admission Letter, which will be needed for registration and school documentation.

C. Prepare for Registration

Expect the university to soon make available the Student Payment Code (SPC) and portal access for payment of acceptance fees and school fees.
