Crescent University Abeokuta (CUAB) Part-Time Admission, 2025/2026

Crescent University Abeokuta, also known as CUAB, has opened admission for its part-time degree programs. These courses are offered through the Centre for Sub and External Degree Programs (CESEDEP), designed for students who need flexible study schedules especially workers or those changing their study path.

College of Arts, Social and Management Sciences (CASAMAST)

  • B.Sc. Accounting
  • B.Sc. Business Administration
  • B.Sc. Economics with Operations Research
  • B.Sc. Mass Communication
  • B.Sc. Political Science
  • B.A. Islamic Studies

College of Natural and Applied Sciences

  • B.Sc. Microbiology

College of Information and Communication Technology (CICOT)

  • B.Sc. Computer Science

The programs also allow conversion admissions, which is great for students moving from diplomas or similar courses.

Eligibility

Applicants should have:

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) with a good grade from a recognized institution
  • Five O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics, plus three related subjects
  • ND and A’ Level holders may also apply

All documents are carefully checked, so make sure your papers are complete and correct.

How to Apply
  1. Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000 to:

    • Bank: Zenith Bank
  2. After payment, you can:
    • Complete registration online at cuab.edu.ng
    • Or register in person at CESEDEP
Required Documents
  • Application form receipt
  • Academic certificates (HND, ND, WAEC/NECO)
  • Birth certificate or age declaration
  • Local Government ID
  • Passport photos (female students should cover their heads)
  • Two reference letters
  • Proof of JAMB registration
  • NIN slip
  • NYSC discharge letter (if applicable)

Class Schedule

  • Friday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Sunday: 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm

School Fees

  • Acceptance fee: ₦40,000
  • Tuition: ₦200,000 per session
  • Computer/Internet: ₦35,000 per session
  • Matriculation & ID card: ₦10,000
  • Screening & admin: ₦7,000
  • Portal fee: ₦5,000 per session

Students must pay 70% of tuition (₦140,000) along with acceptance, screening, admin, and matriculation fees before classes start. All payments go into the Crescent Project Account. Fees are non-refundable.

Other Programs:
CUAB also runs an Advanced Level Program (JUPEB). Applicants need six O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
