Delta State Maritime Polytechnic (DESMAPOLY) HND Admission Form, 2025/2026

Delta State Maritime Polytechnic (DESMAPOLY), Burutu, has officially announced the commencement of its Higher National Diploma (HND) admission process for the 2025/2026 academic session. The institution invites applications from qualified candidates for full-time, part-time, weekend, and Pre-ND programs across its campuses in Burutu, Gbaregolor, and Kwale.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission into the HND programmes, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. National Diploma (ND): Possess a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field from a recognized institution, with a minimum of Lower Credit.
  2. Industrial Training: Have completed a minimum of one-year post-ND Industrial Training (IT) in a relevant industry.
  3. O’Level Requirements: Obtain at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
  4. Transcript: Provide an academic transcript from the institution where the ND programme was completed.

Candidates with a Pass in ND may be considered for admission if they have at least two years of post-ND industrial experience.

  1. Go to the official DESOMATECH application portal
  2. Click “Apply Now”
  3. Fill in your details and follow prompts to pay the ₦25,000 application fee
  4. Use the same email and password to log in and fill the full application form
  5. Print two copies of the acknowledgement slip for your records

Ensure that all payments are made through the school’s website. No offline or personal account transfers.

Application Deadline

The deadline for the submission of the HND application form is Monday, June 30, 2025. Candidates are advised to complete and submit their applications before the closing date to avoid any last-minute issues.
